Route details matter more than distance alone
Give the country and full location at both ends, including postcodes where available. Tell us about any intended ferry crossing, island destination, border crossing or fixed handover appointment. A route involving a crossing needs assessment of schedules and booking requirements as well as the road journey.
For an international move, discuss any relevant vehicle documents, ownership or collection authority, customs requirements and receiving arrangements with the team before making commitments. Requirements vary by route and circumstances; an enquiry is not confirmation that every crossing or formality can be accommodated.
Build flexibility into collection and delivery
Share your preferred dates and any genuine deadline, then say where you can be flexible. Confirm who can release the vehicle and who can receive it. Let us know about opening hours and access restrictions at each address so they can be considered together.
A journey may be affected by traffic, weather, ferry changes or delays at handover. Agree the arrangements before booking and keep the receiving contact reachable. An arrival estimate is not a guaranteed time.
Condition still determines suitability
Distance does not remove loading requirements. Give the vehicle make and model, known condition, keys and any known rolling, steering or braking limitations. See non-runner transport if it cannot be driven, and trade transport for business handovers.

Vehicle suitability and collection area
We welcome enquiries for all vehicle types except HGVs. Acceptance depends on condition, loading requirements, access, route and availability; a vehicle type alone does not confirm suitability.
