Copart & Auction Vehicle Collection
Bought a car at auction? We assess planned collection and delivery to your home, garage or workshop, subject to suitable transport and availability.
๐ Request a Collection QuoteCollection & Delivery for Auction Buyers
Once you've won a vehicle at auction, you usually need to collect it within a set time. Salvage and damaged vehicles often can't be driven away. ROVEX Recovery & Transport LTD arranges auction and salvage vehicle collection for trade and private buyers, with collection and delivery across the UK, Ireland and Europe considered subject to the vehicle, route, availability and required arrangements.
We're an independent recovery and transport company based in Aintree, Liverpool. We aren't affiliated with or appointed by any auction house. We simply act as your chosen transport provider.
What Our Auction Collection Service Covers
-
Copart & BCA Collections
We assess collections from Copart, BCA and any other auction house, subject to suitable transport and availability. Each auction has its own collection procedures and booking requirements, so we'll check the details with you before collection day.
-
Accident-Damaged & Salvage Vehicles
Bought a Category S or N vehicle, or a non-runner? Suitable loading and transport arrangements for damaged and non-running vehicles are assessed individually. Tell us about any wheel, steering or suspension damage in advance.
-
Trade & Private Buyers
Trade and private buyers can enquire about collection and delivery. Tell us the auction's deadline so we can check whether suitable arrangements are available; collection windows are not guaranteed.
Book Your Auction Collection
To give you a price and arrange collection, we'll need:

- ๐ Delivery postcode, access restrictions and receiving arrangements
- ๐ข Lot number or collection reference and vehicle registration

- ๐ Your auction's collection deadline
Before We Collect Your Auction Vehicle
Payment & Release
Auction sites normally require the vehicle to be paid for in full and released before anyone can collect it. Please confirm it's ready for collection before we book a time.
Collection Authorisation
Some auctions ask the driver for a lot number, buyer details, a collection reference or a written authority to collect on your behalf. Check your auction's requirements and send us anything needed.
Deadlines & Storage
Many auctions charge storage if a vehicle isn't collected within a set period. Get in touch as soon as you've won, so we can plan collection within your deadline where possible.
Delivery Requirements
Please give us a delivery address with safe access for a recovery truck, and arrange for someone to be there to receive the vehicle. If the vehicle can't roll, tell us where it should be left, such as a driveway, yard or workshop, so we can unload it safely.
More Ways We Can Help
Bought a vehicle privately rather than at auction? Our car collection and delivery service covers private sales, dealer moves and garage-to-garage transport. If an auction car turns out to need more work than it's worth, we can also help with damaged car collection. For deliveries close to home, see our Liverpool and local coverage pages.
Emergency roadside availability depends on your location, the vehicle and our current workload. Recovery and transport can cover a wider area. Check our service coverage or send your postcode for a quote and an arrival estimate.
Auction Collection FAQs
Are you an official Copart or BCA transporter?
No. We're an independent transport company. As the buyer, you can choose who collects your vehicle, and we act on your behalf, following each auction's collection rules.
Which auction sites do you collect from?
We consider collections from Copart, BCA, RAW2K, ASM, Wilsons Auctions and any other auction house, subject to suitable transport and availability. Tell us the branch or yard and your delivery postcode so we can assess the job and quote.
Can you collect a non-running or damaged auction car?
Damaged and non-running vehicles are assessed individually before acceptance. Send the vehicle condition and any wheel, steering or suspension damage so we can check safe loading, suitable transport and availability.
How quickly can you collect?
It depends on the auction location, release requirements, the site's collection hours and availability. Contact us with your deadline so we can assess the job and agree arrangements; a collection window is not guaranteed.
